Orders received before 09:00 (EDT) are shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 09:00 (EDT) are shipped the next available business day.

Return Policy
Return instructions
- RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of USPS Delivery Confirmation notice to your address.
- REFUNDS: Buyer pays return postage. Buyer must return unopened, undamaged item(s) in original packaging and state reason for return.
- A 15% restocking fee and Seller's original shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment.
- RETURNS FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS: 15% restocking fee and Seller's original shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment.
- REPLACEMENT for DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEM(S) ORDERED: In case of item(s) being damaged during shipment or Buyer ordered an incorrect item, Buyer pays return postage and returns item in original packaging, stating the reason for the return and has the option of a refund or replacement of the item(s). Seller's original shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment in case of refund.
